CHRIS
Chris is the owner of Black Tapestry Tattoo and specialises in all aspects of dot work, geometric, ornamental and heavy black tattooing.
He focuses mainly on larger scale work such as arm or leg sleeves and back pieces but still finds time to do the smaller one-hit tattoos. His favourite thing to tattoo is bold, striking geometric designs that flow and compliment the shape of the wearer. With 15 years experience in the tattoo industry, Chris is sure to be able to help bring your tattoo idea to life and leave you with a beautifully executed, bespoke piece of artwork.
RACHEL
Rachel specialises in the darker side of tattooing.
She learnt to tattoo several years ago in her hometown of Cannes in France. She specialises in abstract blackwork, focussing on large, freehand brush stroke style pieces the flow with the body and reflect the wearers personality. Her work is perfect for cover-ups or blastovers and the nature of her artwork means that every piece is totally unique. Check out her work and let Rachel transform your skin into a beautiful piece of artwork!
ROXY
Roxy specialises in larger freehand pieces, from nature and animals to greek mythology and illustrations.
Roxy started her tattooing journey in 2012, training in Thailand and Stockholm before returning to London to manage her own studio, Velvet Underground Tattoo, for nine years.
Roxy’s signature style employs symbolism derived from ancient mythology and folklore woven into illustrative narrative pieces. She specialises in expansive freehand pieces that incorporate a diverse array of techniques from fine line to solid blacks.
When she isn’t tattooing, she paints, rides motorbikes, drinks coffee and hangs out with two ginger cats.
